Sunrise

As part of it month long detox, Daniel and I are preparing for our Jamaica vacation with some early morning workouts. Today involved sand sprints along the beach. It's hard to focus on working out when every few minutes the sky changes as the sun is rising. It's always worth waking up early to see something so beautiful. And for those that don't follow me on snapchat, the dogs also love going to the beach in the morning to chase birds.
