The Unlikely Chillies

I'm not exactly sure what the date was, but it was around the end of April ... I'd just finished chopping up a couple of "Birds Eye" chillies to have with my dinner ...
I was just about to wipe the kitchen worktop, when I noticed that there were several stray chilli seeds that had escaped my meal ...
Rather than wipe them away, never to be seen again, I decided to pop them into a couple of pots full of compost and let them grow in the conservatory ...
Six months later and I now have about thirty "Birds Eye" chillies ...
I'm not sure if they will eventually turn red, but either way I decided to try one out earlier today ... and to be fair, it was quite good ... :o)
