The Last of the Lillies

It's been a real shitty day. Woke with a pounding chest and breathing laboured again. Took my anxiety meds,  went to work and got the pre schoolers ready for a trip.
Back for the afternoon, feeling really anxious, short of breath and feeling sick. It feels quite scary at times, I can imagine it feels like having a heart attack.
We got our photos taken today at work for our website. She had a lovely Canon 5D, was a bit jealous!
Gave the fitness class a miss tonight and it was frowned upon.
Home to lie on the sofa, trying to get my breathing regulated. Took more meds; diazepam.
