Through another pane

This afternoon I joined a group of senior colleagues for a development event followed by networking. At this I discovered various possible categories of workers. I am pleased to report that I am not the 'walking dead'!

Afterwards there was an opportunity to have some food and drink and chat with the other delegates. This was most enjoyable.

I took my blip of Edinburgh Castle esplandade from the window of the venue: the Contini Canonball on the Royal Mile.

Exercise today: 10 minutes of rowing, sit-ups and weights, 7,209 steps.
