Quick blip

Ok, I admit it... This is a quick blip... Not much thought or work gone into it... It has been a very busy day.

I hurt my back when I was working with Hero yesterday. I have a 'pretend fall' in his routine. I fall on my bum and Hero jumps over me (like this!). It hurt a bit when we started training it, but now I know how to fall and land safely... Or so I thought!

Yesterday when I was training in the rain, my movements were a bit restricted by the waterproof clothes and I landed badly and hurt my back. Ouch!

So I got a chiropractor appointment today at 4.50 pm. The chiropractor was late and I didn't get to see her until 5.30! I was home at about 6! The good news is that my back is not hurting anymore.

The boys have been for a good run - but it was raining, so I didn't want to bring my camera. So this is Hero and Beat in the garden - that's the best I could get today :-)
