Otter Island, Derwentwater

Glorious calm water today meant that a day round the western shore of Derwentwater gave us calm water almost all day.

Virtually no Sun to speak of though - so as far as I was concerned, that meant great clouds, and manageable contrasts! 

I really liked the recession of the fells on the right of the island, and I did wait until the ferry got to that position.
