...(my erstwhile workplace) is now a 24/7 gym.

Not an interesting pic in the slightest, but this place is featuring heavily in my life right now.

I probably should add, I have attended virtually every day for the past three weeks. Am I any thinner - no, but I ache, constantly!!! Deep Heat is my new bed partner! Back to the drawing board!...
