Meta

Righto, I'm just quickly getting my photo from today posted, and then getting to bed. I hit the gym again, for the "strength" workout prescribed by #EvilNewTrainer. 

And she is.

I'm knackered.

I quite liked the kind of meta, double-layered thing here, in the way life has grown through the cracks, and then been poisoned (or is just dying of its own accord, but I suspect poisoned).
