Finally begun

We have been waiting for ages to get the barn painted. Last November I asked a friend of our son's if he would do it again for us and he agreed. Well, come this spring he still said yes, but it dragged on and on and by October of this year, I finally found someone else. Yesterday the new young man began power washing and has just the east side to do before he can start painting. I am very relieved to see this project underway.

A dull day today but still warml. We may get some rain tonight.
