Tale of the totally expected

Another drab day with dismal light but at least not much rain. I think Mr and Mrs collared dove must be away on holiday because the hoodlum magpies were having a fine old time kicking around in the dead leaves on the garage roofs. Of course they flew off pretty quickly whenever I tried to get a snap of them doing it!
