Dr Johnson's House at 17 Gough Square

The Worshipful Company of Constructors (actually Andrew Hornby) organised a tour of Dr Johnson's house this evening. It was an excellent evening. This is looking up the stairwell. my second photo is of the original 18th century front door which still has its anti-burglary devices intact!
