Another meal out tonight with a friend who I haven't seen for ages, great to see her and lots to catch up on. A good night, lots of chat and laughter. :)


Had my flu jab at work today, sore arm now ......

Friday tomorrow - don't feel I've achieved anything at work this week, but have weeks like that every now and then.
