Dead end

Up early and took eco son to Conroe for a tasting for an event he is invved with.

I headed up a wee hill with juno. It was bare of life due to sheep overgrazing.

I then headed to another wee hill. I took the wrong forest track fell and twisted my ankle. Hobbled back to the car and picked sloes on the way back, thetet was loads.

Into Conroe and I sat my and in the cold river.

Picked up eco son and headed home.

Coached a skills session which was tough going.
