Ready for Halloween?

A beautiful day… took a longer walk thru some of the city’s green spaces (since we got up too late to row)   but this is the photo I like for today on a street of lovely big houses on Capital Hill.   They must have kids….

I know I said we really like to fix things and not throw them away,  But now I have an estimate to fix the faulty image stabilizer on my Canon 70-200 which is just too much money.  I’ll use it without the stabilizer I guess, on the tripod, and apply that money to a new lighter mirrorless camera.  I’d be happy to hear from anyone who has one and can recommend.   There’s the Fugi, the Sony and the Olympus as far as I can tell.  Full frame or not?   (Ive not had one)   I’m in no hurry but it will happen…..
