Before bed or morning after?

My coffee routine is important to me, especially in the holidays when friends are away, and I'm holed up working all day... As I threw away yesterday's grounds (good fuel, apparently, if you have a fire), and washed the cafetiere, I reflected how I am very much a "deal with it in the morning" sort of person. My wife would always want to clear the kitchen / wash up / etc before bed. Not making a value judgement on that, just an observation. Guess I always felt a bit 'judged' with little things like that. Probably more my issue than hers - in fact, I think she felt 'judged' too, for being like she is about things like that.
