A Simple Gift

Amongst several other designations (breast cancer awareness, etc) October is also "Clergy Appreciation Month" -- not that it seems to have caught on in many churches. Anyway, at today's district clergy meeting, our district superintendent gave each of us a lovely journal and stylus/pen. I appreciate this thoughtful gift and its intent to affirm all is pastors.
