Forest Giant

I'm stayed with Horomaka & MrsH, on my way down to Arrowtown. H & I went for a walk through the Dennistoun Forest, where there are countless huge old trees. There's even an ancient totara, which at about 1,000 years old may well be the oldest totara in the world. This matai is magnificent, an amazing old giant of the forest.
