Cow, Interrupted

Tonight, for the first time in ages, we switched off the goggle box and went out for an evening walk. I really need to put in some effort at getting fitter - I was puffing after an hour.

On the route we took we spotted a pheasant in flight and interrupted a small herd of cows and calves from their all day lunch.

Even my son has gone out for a kickabout with his mates!

Life feels very good on days like this.
