Christmas cake

So it's that time of year, today was spent making the Christmas cake. I took the day off work and Victoria had the day off college as it is half term and we both made the cake together. Over 1 hour to mix and chop and 5 hours to cook. Now the whole house smells delicious, well it does in my opinion.
