I went up to the office to collect a couple of claims that I had to turn down in the end - but I had to spend half an hour on the website of the Technical University of Uttar Pradesh to be sure. I got regular text updates from Mr H as he trundled back up the country in the van and was pleased to see him safe home eventually; I'd taken the precaution of getting some beer cooling in the fridge.
