I have no idea

I went clambering up the rocks near the villa and found plants I've never found before in the Mediterranean. I', still trying to work out what this is.

The promontory must have been farmed (or grazed) at some point because there were terraces. But they were all overgrown. I've never 'walked' through scrub that fought back quite so well.

I think the other plant is holly fern. I don't usually think of hot Greece and ferns.
