I went shopping in Hamleys in Regent Street this morning. Which was an experience.
Chilled out at the flat for the afternoon.
This evening I went to meet the girl and her work colleagues in a nice lively pub in Broadway Market. It was her last day at work today so it was a bit of a send off for her.
It was fantastic to meet such a great bunch of young people and especially to see how highly thought of she is. They are as excited about the baby as I am.
He is due three weeks from yesterday.

Tomorrow we head down to Portsmouth to finally meet my new baby granddaughter.
