Friday is cake day!

I usually work from home on a Friday, but it was the last day I'd have in the office with my closest friend at work, who is escaping the world of audit to go back and be a midwife! Her last week is next week, but I'm up in Scotland, but hoping to get back for her leaving presentation. As the 'hat in the oven' is going to hopefully be completed as Leaving gift!

So I baked a lemon drizzle to commiserate... And though I say it myself, one of the best ones I've done! And as the office is always emptier on a Friday, more cake for those of us who were there!
