Mono meds

Another day at home recovering from my general anaesthetic. I'm actually okay but they ban driving and signing legal papers for 48 hours as it possible to have strange reactions - which I didn't.

A friend came round to keep me company and keep an eye on me, and we talked computers.

Today's late night back blip is a blister pack of paracetamol - which I'm taking rather a lot of at the moment, partly for my cold and partly for my surgery. I'm not in pain which they say is good, as once you get into pain it's harder to suppress, so I'm taking them mostly as preventative. As long as I stick to a low dose I'm okay as they aren't additive like the opiate based ones I started with.
