We walked in the front door yesterday at 8pm...tired out.

N&R appeared to get the bed raisers in place & pretty soon afterwards I was in it and sleeping.

This morning was slightly different & everything seemed difficult. but thats to be expected & with the aid of my lady wife I was up & dressed by 1pm...hopefully improve on that somewhat. SO all tablets & injections had - just looking forward to lunch & a snooze.

sincere thanks to all of you for your good wishes etc which i have only read today because of the NHS wifi. at least it allowed me to continue with the pictures which have all been taken using my Samsung phone plus the App.

as my strength returns i shall get back to using my camera and getting outside when it is fine, but for now we may see a few boring shots for a few days.....

the best thing about it the experience was severe pain on monday morning & no pain on monday afternoon.

as i said, thank you all for all of your support and hopefully in the next day or so we'll get back to normal.
