Heroin

This morning I came across this "1 hit kit" lying on the on the beach. It provides everything needed to prepare and to inject a single hit of heroin. A sad reminder of the times in which we all live. 
The kit is issued, of course,  with the very best of intentions, to allow an addict to inject as safely as possible. It's just a pity, indeed tragedy,  that such things are needed in our society.
