A trip to the nearest bit of rainforest for a survey exercise. There was a bag on the floor of Ajantha?s van that seemed to be moving. He brought it out when we arrived. A cobra that he had found in his garden in Colombo. When he untied the bag it shot out into a stream. None of us managed to get a picture of it. So he chased it up the stream and then up a steep jungly bank and carried it back down and re-released it. I still wasn?t quick enough. Sorry, you?ll have to make do with the bag.
