Every Silver Lining Has a Cloud

Eldest son Matt has someone run into his car today. Smashed the passenger window, caved the door in and mangled the rear wing. Their foot had slipped onto the accelerator while waiting at a junction. While Matt's passenger received a slight bump no-one was really hurt and the other driver was insured and admitted liability straight away, so some consolation.

Inconveniently though, Matt is taking his girlfriend to Tenby on Monday for a few days as a cheer you up as her gran passed away this week. Since the insurance company won't decide on the way forward until Monday or Tuesday we shall have to do some car swapping and insuring so that they can get away.

On the plus side, West Ham beat Chelsea, woohoo.
