Human Heartbeat

Great day today at the GP surgery

Think I might finally be getting the hang of cardiovascular examinations. Heard my first human heart beat, freaked out a little because it was very cool and met an amazing patient with heart failure - so positive, sunny and no nonsense, just loved them. Can understand why parents cry when they hear a heart beat on the ultrasounds of their babies, it's the most amazing sound I've ever heard. So subtle and yet so strong and full of life

Back to PBL tomorrow :( but have a nice weekend planned so that kinda makes up for it

Also, I should say that today's photos not mine but was taken by a fellow blipper. I have no excuse for pinching it, I just thought it was a beautiful photo and deserved to be seen once more
