Soon to be our new home

We took a sneaky peak at our new home on Sunday, we jumped the fence and sat in the garden, it's just been turfed and felt like springy carpet. There are amazing walks all around our new home, the house looks out over defra conservation land, wild flowers, wild horseradish, rivers, reeds and owl boxes in trees. We don't have an exchange date yet, but it's all becoming very real and exciting.
