Junior running partner

Bit of trail running along river Kent with my 8 year old today. Unfortunately he had a sore leg so we only ran 2.9 k. He did persuade me to sign up for a half marathon at Brathay in May by saying he reckoned I couldn't do it! Eek what have I done....
