Messing about in boats

Well what else would you do on a glorious day like this?  I can think of nothing nicer, though all I could manage was blipping from the bank.  And luckily I didn't have far to go to get this, it was all happening on my nearest stretch of river.

I think we may have had a touch of frost last night, the dew was very heavy this morning..  So apart from my walk I did autumn-y things like coughing, making pumpkin soup and trying not to chocolate crave.  My roses, meanwhile, have decided the world is going backwards and are all coming out again.  They really are looking beautiful.
