Freesias at 42

Today is our 42nd wedding anniversary. Len has bought lots of bunches of flowers which are ranged up in vases on the side shelf.

Pink roses, blue freesias, white star flowers, pink gerberas and white and yellow chrysanthemums.

I had gold, yellow and white freesias in my wedding bouquet.

Despite a gloomy weather forecast, the morning was marvellous. Basil and I went up to Beacon Hill where the Autumn colours in the trees were magnificent.
