Where Time Was Called By Purchase Order.

This very sad derelict  pub has stood empty and boarded up for quite some time .Standing in Ford Street Salford it fell victim to a) many pub closures and b) a compulsory purchase order imposed  around Chapel Street as part of the redevelopment scheme .Research of directories show that there has been a pub of this name  in the street for 130 years ( if not the entire time in this house ) possibly even longer .My extra is dereliction in another form .
