Happy retirement Alf

Having known Alf & Chris for some 30+ years, it was good to meet up today to celebrate Alf's official retirement which took place last Tuesday.

Celebrating here, in front of his new car, outside The Old Three Pigeons in Nesscliffe where we had just enjoyed a superb Sunday lunch. It has been a few years since we last visited the Pigeons and apart from a 'new' decor, the standard was as good as ever.

Have a great retirement Alf and I must confess to being just a tad jealous.
