Autumn

I went for a 10 mile run in the Forest this morning and apart from the fact I was doing a 10 mile run with lots of hills and mud, I was really surprised by how much the Forest has changed in the last couple of weeks now that Autumn is upon us.
Lovely colours and scenery - Running is so much better in here than out on the roads.
Couldn't really decide my favourite so have added a few 'extras', please have a look at these also to get the full beauty of Hainault Forest Country Park
