...relieve Waitrose of this rather tasty cake as it was to be my birthday the next day and I knew there would be no time for baking.

The girls have lots of extra curricular things on a Wednesday so no time for  having the family over for a celebration. We're postponing it until Saturday, when it's my Sis's birthday too.
