Say Cheese!!!

So today I was on a split in work, and although I live close enough to probably go home as I had 3 hours off, I decided to go into near by St. Andrews and meet my friend for a quick coffee.
Whilst killing time waiting for him to finish work, I decided to pay a visit to the Heaven that is Ian J Melis cheesemonger!!!!
What a fantastic shop this is, with so many cheeses of excellent quality....plus, they are very quick to offer you samples of anything you want to try....bonus!!!!

So, as mentioned before, being slightly lactose intolerant, I can't really do dairy, but when it comes to cheese, although I know I'm not going to feel too good, I can never say no!!!!

I bought a wapping big doorstep size cut of Isle of Mull Cheddar..(bottom right of the pic).....the strongest cheddar they stock, and in my view, the best.....
for those of you who have never tried it, and can source it......treat yourself and your tastebuds to it as soon as you can...its great!!!!

So, I'm now home, after round 2 of work, and feel the need to reward myself with the afore mentioned cheese......Nom Nom!!!!
