Origins equal source

I am at the source of the Riwaka River as close as I can get to the origins of the crystal clear water. Not quite right at the place where the water flows from under the Takaka Hill as that was just a black hole with no light this morning but slightly downstream where a little water tumbled over the rocks.
We haven't had much rain lately so the waterfall had nothing coming over it, it was all going underground and reemerging downstream.
