The first Poppy in my window box

This photo is evidence! Vicki, my neighbour, (who very kindly plants these boxes and tends the small strip of 'garden' outside my front door), Lisa and I had a bet on
a) whether the plant would flower and
b) the colour if it did
I won on both counts. If I seem smug...it's true, I love being right and it so rarely happens.
