Tide Out.

H has been coughing most of the night.I poped to the chemist to get a bottle of lintus. When I came out it started to rain hence a quick blip of the Harbour.when I arrived home with wet jeans H was not happy with me because he wanted to take me down.and stubborn as I am I wanted to have my morning walk.it wasnt raining when I left the house.I put chicken portions herbs ,peppers and veg into the slow cooker for tonight's meal.we are having bacon rolls for our lunch.
