it was 105 (approx 40 C) outside today.

our air quality is threat-level orange. don't exercise outside if you can avoid it.

this is just a little reminder to be friendly to cyclist out there on the road--they're making a difference when they could just as easily drive in an A.C.-cooled vehicle.

being productive today.
