First night on a barge

Today was the first day we moored up in our barge to stay for the night. We had just about got used to the way the locks work, how to moor and tie the boat up and steer around the corners. We had to learn which way to go around the buoys and drive on the right of a barge passes you.

We stopped near to a pub and had a lovely dinner before heading back to the boat in the dark. It was so much fun!
