What is wrong with this picture?

It is 7:30 p.m. I am sitting at the table with my sweats on with two layers of shirts, drinking hot chocolate! It is June 25, for Pete's sake. I don't think the temperature has risen above 59 degrees today. The sun hasn't shone, and it looks like a good rain is due rather soon! I wish summer would come to Bend, Oregon!!
