What's not to love about E on a trampoline?

Glad we made it to the park this morning for a run before my drive to London. The drive was a disaster taking 4 hours instead of the usual nearly 2. Roadworks; Wembley; more road works; Sunday drivers; police incident closing the road; diversion leading to a different diversion taking us back to the same fucking road that was closed by the police; broken down bus, Chiswick; nightmare. The EF'ers were amazing, but dang it was horrific.
