Eventful Day

The leaky roof saga has been going on for almost a year now, and today brought a surprising turn of events. The roof is no longer leaking, but youngest's ceiling is still not repaired. We received a phone call from the estate agency saying the landlord had left a surprise for us at the office. It was a very generous and unnecessary surprise, but it was very kind.

After leaving the office, I went to the store and, apparently, saw a very famous man. Sadly, I had no idea who he was, but many others seemed to know. It turns out after I googled, I found that he is a famous former footballer from Nigeria.

The photo was taken especially for a fellow blipper. Hubby and I thought he would appreciate number 3 on the list of oldest's safety procedures for his upcoming science project.
