Bike ride

1st bike ride today, delayed by shipping, the haze and I must admit my own scaredy cat doubts about going out on new roads.
However it was great, roads are in no worse condition generally than the country lanes round Paulton and Bath. The added bonus was that drivers / cars not an issue, I think because they are so used to sharing the roads with motorcycles, and even the motorcycles paused before pulling out (which they don't when youre in a car).
Went out to the national park and took this photo of the boats, then went up to the reservoir but need a few more rides in my legs to go much further along the hills toward Ballek Palau. Fruit farm is the target Thursday.
You really do see places differently on a bike compared to a car.
Few hairy moments caused by my own lack of bike rebuilding skills.
Just over 20 miles and so much nicer than the gym bike / treadmill.
The challenge will be carrying enough water.
