City Cheese
Wanting to bring something of Belfast back to London (other than Ian's awards) we found a group of women from a farming cooperative selling food at the airport.
This is Young Culmore and one of the most flavoursome cheeses of it's type I have ever eaten. Rich and salty, it's described as a young plain raw cow milk Dutch Gouda style (more like gruyere to me). It also doesn't taste or look young. Just look at the crust.
