Madrugada (dawn)

Today we woke up before sunrise to go to the beach and run sand sprints. It's a great high interval activity and the dogs love running in the sand. I was especially proud of myself for getting up at 5:30 because I slept horrible thanks to our 55 lbs puppy who thinks she can jump on the bed and sleep on my pillow.
