ST MARY'S
From the left, Town Beach, Hugh Town, and then Porthcressa Beach.
A slightly damp start so G set off for the furthest reaches for Hawfinches, while I went to the deli and arranged for a Lamb Tagine to be cooked and for me to pick it up 9am tomorrow for dinner tomorrow. A chef on call? So sophisticated. If this is good I will move to the Scillies forthwith!
After lunch we walked over the Garrison and back along Porthcressa. Later we went down to the quay to check the boats for tomorrow but unfortunately because of the low tides there was no boat to Bryher. We then got spat upon from the high tide here on St Mary's. Strange things, tides.
Extra is of a spat upon which thankfully missed us.
